We are very sorry to announce that we will have to cancel the event due to unforeseeable personal issues that arose within our team of organizers. We really looked forward to accepting your submissions, but because we couldn't finalize our rubrics and contact enough judges, we feel as if we cannot fairly or efficiently judge any submissions.
